Charges |
| A
postage/shipping & packing charge of 15% will be
added to the total value of each order.
UK orders will be
sent by First Class Mail. All overseas orders
will be shipped by air mail small packet service*.
Although most orders are delivered within 7 days,
please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Some international orders may also be required to
pay additional duty fees depending on the country of
destination. Please check with customs officials
within your country. Dogs N Dubs and its
suppliers are not responsible for any customs fees,
nor can they accept a package (or have a
package returned to them) that is stuck in customs. |
| Returns
Policy |
We
will be happy to accept a return on on an item
because of an error on our part, or because the
product is defective. The item must be returned in
its original, unused state within 14 days of
delivery. Please contact
us and a UK return address will be provided.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in
transit and we therefore recommend that you send the
package by Recorded Delivery.
A refund or replacement will be processed by
Dogs N Dubs within 14 working days of receipt of the
returned item. We will refund the cost of the return
postage plus the original postage at the appropriate
percentage.
Any refund will be made in the same form of payment
that was used to make the initial purchase.
Replacements will be to your original specification
as detailed on your original order.
As all our products
are made to order, we are not able to offer an
exchange or refund on items which have been ordered
in an incorrect size, colour, style etc.

| Colour
Considerations |
Some
designs are more suited to certain colours of
garment. Please note that if a design has a
white section (for example, a white background or a
white mouth or white vehicle panel etc), this part
of the design will appear as the colour of the
garment it has been printed onto. An example
of this is shown below.
Please also note
that all colours depicted on this website are as
accurate as possible given the constraints of
reproduction and monitor colour profiles and therefore should be used for
guidance only. |
